Hosting with the betoglou.com Network isn't for everyone.  I have a hands-off approach to hosting.  What this means is that hosting with the betoglou.com Network requires someone who is versed in the ways of web technology.  It requires someone who is self-reliant to get things done.  It means it requires someone who doesn't want me to have to muck around with their website, that you will have full control of your site using FTP and a control panel (cPanel), to add and remove features, set up e-mail addresses and databases as you see fit.

This doesn't mean that I will just leave you hanging when a problem arises. In fact, when you do have a problem you can be sure there is a real person behind the service.

Packages

betoglou.com Network provides both web hosting and design services.

Web hosting allows you to create a website for your domain and also personalized e-mail addresses.  The web hosting service with betoglou.com Network provides you with a control panel to give you full access to all the settings of your service.  There are also many simple installation options via the control panel that will allow you to instantly set up forums, blogs, picture galleries, merchant features and more!

Mail can be accessed online using WebMail or by any e-mail client via POP3/SMTP or IMAP.

Billing

All purchases are made through PayPal's secure network.  You will receive a free 5 day trial period once your purchase is made to try out the service.  After the 5 days are over, you will be charged the regular rate for your package.

You may cancel your hosting service with the betoglou.com Network at any time providing you give two weeks notice of your intent before the next payment is processed.

Your account will expire at the end of the current paid period.  Partial refunds will be given only to prepaid year hosting plans.  Refunds for prepaid year hosting plans will be determined by subtracting a standard monthly rate for your hosting plan for the number of months you had service from the balance of your account.

Your pay period begins the day payment was made.  Payment is expected at the beginning of the next pay period.  Declined and delinquent payments will result in your site access being frozen until your account is back in good standing.

Ordering

• Review the different types of hosting plans on the Pricing page.
• Fill out and submit the form on the Sign-Up page for the service you wish to subscribe.
• You will receive a response from betoglou.com Network within 24-48 hours.
• Submit your payment using the choices on the Payment page.
• Once payment has been received and processed, you will be sent your username and password to access your cPanel and FTP.  You will also receive appropriate DNS information to point your domain and additional services to the hosting server.

Customer Support

The betoglou.com Network offers limited customer support.  Customer support queries can be sent by using the Contact form.  The hosting provided by betoglou.com Network is meant for experienced web users who prefer a hands-off approach to hosting.  However, I will make every reasonable attempt at resolving any support issues.  Customers who contact HostGator directly will receive limited support.
